Yes — the full sample fee is credited against your first bulk PO once it's confirmed and the deposit is paid.
Yes---once the sample is ready, we will take photos and videos for your review; you can suggest any modifications, and we will revise it until you are satisfied before shipping it to you. Furthermore, if you have additional feedback after receiving the sample, we will produce another sample for your video confirmation before proceeding with mass production.
Yes--- the sample fee we charge includes international express shipping.
Yes — multi-SKU sample orders are encouraged. Each additional SKU is priced at the same sample tier.
